SIZZLE REEL COMPILATION OF VARIOUS Global Flagship Retail Locations

Skechers rolled out a global retail LEd content initiative, I was team lead/project manager. Each store is unique, with it's own content request, LED panel configuration, screen count, pixel dimensions, etc.

I had a team of 4-5 artists, including myself, depending on store size and content requested. We were tasked with designing content that could be adapted to the various configurations easily & modularly adapting for regional localizations while maintaining brand consistency.

I managed the various product line assignments, tracked the projects in Asana, built project templates, configured pre- visualizations, compiled assets, and ensured delivery deadlines were met.

Each team member handled their specific product lines, mine was soccer/football, Snoop Dogg, and various transition elements.

Once all requested items were completed and approved for each store, I assembled the final compilation into a single loop, rendered the segments into the requisite output formats for the store's player system, and delivered it to the retail locations for display.

We delivered to 200+ retail locations between Q1 2024 and Q2 2026 without missing a deadline.

Some template projects are more challenging than others. The desired outcome is for the entire surface to appear seamless, which requires some creative unwrapping when the archway is fully wrapped in LED panels.
